Chef
Lead the kitchen and create exceptional dining experiences
Lead the kitchen. Plan menus, execute three-course dinners, manage budgets, and deliver culinary excellence in an intimate setting.
Sous Chef
Master fine dining operations and kitchen leadership
Support the head chef. Master prep work, kitchen management, menu execution, and gain invaluable experience in fine dining operations.
Chalet Host
Be the heart of the chalet and create a warm community
Be the heart of the chalet. Manage housekeeping, food service, guest care, and create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for everyone.
What to Expect
The Season
Our ski season typically runs from December through April. This is an intensive period where teamwork, adaptability, and a solid work ethic are essential. You'll work hard, play hard, and build memories that last.
Your Team
You'll be part of a small, dedicated international team. Success depends on trust, communication, and genuine care for one another. Everyone has a voice.
Full Board Living
Accommodation, meals, and essentials provided. You'll live comfortably with your teammates. This creates a unique community and gives you more time to focus on work, rest, and skiing.
Time Off
Regular days off to ski, explore, and relax. Évasion Mont-Blanc is minutes away, and you'll have the freedom to make the most of your free time.
